BNP and like-minded people have again announced a blockade program to prevent the elections. They will hold this program throughout the country on Sunday and Monday.

Senior Joint Secretary General of the party Ruhul Kabir Rizvi announced this program on behalf of BNP in a virtual press conference on Thursday (November 23) afternoon.

In this phase, they will hold a 48-hour program from next Sunday (November 26 and 27). He also said that the blockade program will be carried out by road, sea and railway.

BNP-Jamaat and their partners held a total of three days of blockade program on October 29 and October 31, November 1 and 2 in protest against the attack, killing, arrest of leaders and workers of BNP on October 28 and the one-point demand for the resignation of the government. Then again on November 5 and 6 in the second round and on November 8 and 9 in the third round of the blockade program. The party observed the fourth phase on November 11 and 12, the fifth phase on November 15 and 17, and the sixth phase on November 22 and 23. BNP announced the blockade program again on November 26 and 27.
